INTRODUCTION
HYLOFIL-XT® Viscoelastic Sodium Hyaluronate gel is a colorless, transparent, viscoelastic, biodegradable, non-pyrogenic and sterile gel, supplied in a 2ml prefilled glass syringe. HYLOFIL-XT® Viscoelastic Sodium Hyaluronate gel consists of cross-linked sodium hyaluronate from biofermentation and formulated to a concentration of 20 mg/ml, suspended in a physiological buffer pH 7. Sodium hyaluronate is a natural polymer of repeating disaccharide units of N-acetyl-D-glucosamine and sodium glucuronate linked by glycosidic bonds, which is widely distributed in the extracellular matrix in both animals and human. After slightly cross-linking, it also has good biocompatibility.
HYLOFIL-XT® Viscoelastic Sodium Hyaluronate gel is supplied in a 2ml disposable glass syringe with a luer-lock fitting. The syringe is equipped with a plunger stopper, finger grip and plunger rod and packed in a blister together with two sterile needles, 27G×1/2”.

HYLOFIL-XT® Viscoelastic Sodium Hyaluronate gel is indicated to be used for to relieving knee pain due to osteoarthritis, mid to deep dermis injection for correction of scars or deep wrinkles or facial rejuvenation and Site enhancement for Bigger and Fuller Muscles or Body parts.

INDICATION
HYLOFIL-XT is only for injection into the knee, deep dermis or Intra-articular administration, performed by a doctor or other qualified healthcare professional.

Do not take this product if you have had any previous allergic reaction to HYLOFIL-XT or hyaluronan products.

You should not have HYLOFIL-XT injected into the knee if you have a knee joint infection or skin diseases or infections around the injection site.

HYLOFIL-XT has not been tested in pregnant women, women who are nursing, or children less than 18 years of age. After you receive your HYLOFIL-XT injection you should avoid physical activities for 48 hours such as jogging, tennis, heavy lifting, or standing on your feet for a long time (more than one hour at a time).
